Smoothly into the Weekend - My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2023

It was a welcomed slow day at work today as most colleagues have started enjoying their long weekend. I actually got up a little later than usual today but it did not hurt my ability to get on the treadmill early for a good workout. I went for an hour long walk to get things going for the day.

As work slowed for the day, I have started to use
some time to figure out other things I still have going on. This will be a good weekend to focus on all the projects and prioritize given the challenges I foresee this Summer at work and in my personal life. Mixing it with my health and fitness focus will only make it harder but worth the while.
