Pressed Again - My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2023
It was another early start at work which did not allow me to get an early workout. I would have gotten up earlier but I went to sleep so late yesterday given the extended workday so I really needed the rest for my mind to be ready for the rest of this week. However, I was able to carve out my lunchtime for a workout on the treadmill while catching up on a webinar.
It allowed me to get a good push in with a half hour jog and short cooldown walking. I had to end a little earlier than I wanted as I needed to shower and run to another meeting on video. It was not that bad but I struggled the rest of the afternoon as my mind and body were under some stress given everything going on. Maintain positivity with reaching my daily goal!
