More Changes in Plan - My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2024

I ended having to be in the office today for work which changed my plan quite a bit in terms of what the weekend was and how I intended to start the week. The struggle to gain motivation continues although I did get out at lunchtime for a walk. It was hotter than I expected and since it has been a while walking in work clothes; it was not fun.

At least it got me a good start for the week as I headed to my daily goal. I still had to pace quite a bit in the evening to achieve it but it allowed me to reflect a bit on how I need to start earlier these days as anything can happen to plans. It is not fun when interruptions come but it is almost standard for me.
