Weekend Warrior Start - My Actifit Report Card: February 16 2024
Given the challenges of the last week which was unexpected, I made a focused effort to start early and strong to begin the weekend. I got on the treadmill and got another 35 minute jogging session at a good pace which continues to help my endurance. Extended the cooldown a bit as I got caught up on a video which got me thinking of things.
It was a slow day finally so I even got the chance to get some errands done in the afternoon which helped the activity even more so. It was great to find myself past my daily goal before the evening came which opened the door for some well needed rest. Wrapped up the day with a movie night with the family.
