Long Route - My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2024
Things are starting to heat up here after some great weather. It did not deter me to get outside and get some fresh air for a long walk. I did not have any company today so went exploring at a local park to find a new route.
It was nice as I got to see some nice areas and homes for future ideas. I continue to take these moments outside to reflect on all things happening around me I just got a curveball thrown at me yesterday night. We need to adapt and adjust as things come to continue forward so the reflections always help gather some mindfulness.
