Through the Madness - My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2024
The madness from all angles continues for me as today was a rough day at home, at work and in business. However, I was mostly prepared as I got up early and ready to meet it all head on. I started with a good workout on the treadmill for almost an hour and at a good pace while I jogged.
The early start on the treadmill got me most of the activity I needed which was critical as I spent too much time sitting today in meetings and calls in attempts to put out many fires around me. While I was not successful in completely resolving all the issues, I did get my daily goal done which was one less thing to worry about.
