Make Up - My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2024
I was disappointed with not hitting my goal yesterday despite having the chance to do so. It always comes down to getting it done early so I was up early today and headed to the gym here and got a good workout in. While I had many options for a workout, I opted for a cardio push to make up for yesterday.
Got on the treadmill and pushed for a 35 minute jog with a subsequent cooldown. All was done it time to take my time and prepare myself for the day ahead. Not much activity during the day but always was going to get my legs stretched in the evening as I head back home.
