Charging Mid Week - My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2024

Another busy day at work but I got ahead of it as I was on the treadmill early for a good push. I did my new norm of 35 minutes jogging with a subsequent cooldown. It was a good charge for the middle of the week as things may slow down a bit for the rest of the week.

For some reason, I was tired by the end of the work day so had some good rest. The early workout allowed me to relax and get the rest without needing to pace much toward my daily goal. Not bad for the middle of the week after how busy it has been so far.
