Long Walk, Not Weekend - My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2024
The week has caught up with me as I struggled this morning for motivation and energy despite being so close to the weekend. I did not get an early workout in due to this but I also knew I had time later in the day to get a workout in. However, by the time the space came available, I had no motivation to push.
I ended with a long walk which helped me achieve my daily goal as I head into the weekend. It will not be a long weekend for me as work continues and the list of errands and chores is long even for the weekend. It will be a grind as things keep me busy over the next couple of days.
