Sign of Progress? - My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2024

I had to be up before dawn today as the work schedule was going to be busy. I wanted to get a good push today for a workout despite concerns about recovering from the weekend. However, I felt pretty good as no additional soreness has come so I am thinking that is a sign of progress on how I am focusing on my fitness over time.

It was pretty early and I did not want to rush anything so did a little less than usual with a half hour jog and a colldown before heading to start my day at work. It was a great idea as it was really busy until the evening. I have another early start tomorrow so will see how I can adjust accordingly with things picking up at work.
