Against the Flow - My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2024
The week’s workload continues to impact my body and mind. The continued pressure to get more things done during the weekend continues to make it a grind and has me exhausted by the end of the weekend. I feel that I am getting too old for the pace of my life at the moment.
Need to consider some efforts to prioritize all things on my plate at the moment to open up for more efficient ways of getting things done. However, I often find that under these conditions I tend to perform well. I continue to go against the flow of energy which I hope will lead to progress.
