Not Solid - My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2025
I attempted to stay on course today with an early workout before work but as I started I found myself not feeling the best. It was a strange sensation as if I had too much coffee or something which is weird as coffee hardly impacts me anymore. I got on the treadmill to see if it made me get some of the jump out of me and it did a bit. However, I as started to lift it came back again. I did not want to mix a high heart rate with the feeling so I brought down the volume purposefully.
I completed what I felt was a bare minimum to get some work done and headed to the showers to calm down. The feeling persisted throughout the morning so have to gauge what was going on at some point. I avoided any more coffee for the day and the afternoon got better although work was pretty busy. I am looking forward to getting some rest tonight to see how I respond.
