Longer and Better - My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2025
I could not get an early start today given the busy agenda at work which was expected. It was actually worse as it was non-stop once I started taking calls and meetings. However, I did stay true to blocking my calendar for lunch which I took advantage of to get myself to the gym for some time with some strength training. I took my time as I tried to go heavy again. I also added some exercises to ensure I had my full body covered for a good mid week workout. It was longer than usual which barely got me back to my desk on time for my meetings.
The busy day gave me the additional challenge on how to remain active throughout the day. I tried to get up and walk while on calls that I didn’t need to be on video but it would not be enough to get past my daily goal. Instead, I found myself pacing in the evening at home which was also not easy as my mind and body were tired and really wanting to get rest. Half way through the week with challenges remaining. Looking forward to the weekend arriving!
