Family Speed Time - My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2025
Got a good night of sleep which I was happy to get after the week I had at work. I was up early for some coffee and then to head to the gym with the family for our weekly Yoga class. I struggled through it as it was more focused on stretching which is rough for me given how tight my body is. I still blame the amount of time I continue to stay at my desk most of the week but hard to change much.
From the gym we were back home for a shower to then head to an adventure as we got tickets to the Formula E Miami race. It was a ride away but it was a fun experience and was surprised to see how full of people it was. It was not only racing but some good food and fund for families. The race itself was pretty exciting and despite the heat, we stayed to watch the 26 laps which had 2 safety cards and a red flag. The last couple of laps were intense and not knowing much about the technology of these cars, made it pretty exciting.
