Getting Ahead of Dawn - My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2025
As the crazy schedule at work continues, I sacrificed some sleep to get an early workout at the gym this morning. I went for a jog that started slow but I progressively increased the pace to challenge myself. I was surprised that I ran out of time before I really found my limits although I did get into Zone 3 at the end. I cooled down a bit afterwards as I still had some time before grabbing some breakfast. I did catch up with my protein target easily this morning with a buffet filled with eggs and bacon.
Before I left to the work day, I also did a quick trigger session as I brought my bands along for the ride. I also got another one in when I went to the hotel to drop my bag off before heading to my Dinner. The walk to Dinner also helped my daily goal as it was well past at the time. I tried to leave early to catch up on some sleep as I plan to approach tomorrow the same way. Let’s see if my mind and body keep up!
