Stronger with Barbell - My Actifit Report Card: April 18 2025
The end of the week has finally arrived and given how busy things have been, I need some time to focus on myself. It could not be in the morning as I had to travel back home. I landed and had to work immediately as things remained busy. I did get some activity at the airport but was not sure how I could get the energy for a workout in the afternoon. Some coffee helped a bit so I was off to the gym after work was done.
The gym was pretty empty so I had the choice of what to get done for my strength training today. I opted for the racks to work with the barbell. It helped get some good stability and core training done as I was adding weight along the way. I was surprised that I could press on despite the week of not sleeping much. Glad that I got the workout in and also passed my daily goal so that I could focus in rest tonight.
