Fulfilling the Needs - My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2025

I got a good night of sleep and think I have now caught up given the limited time I got during my travels. I had some errands to run outside today and decided to get that done early as I wanted to get back to enjoy Easter with the family. I was back early afternoon and watched some television with the family until we started to get hungry. I then put on the grill to get a good meal for everyone which I think my body and mind have been asking for.

I decided to go for a walk outside although it was a bit hotter than I liked. It was good to get some good fresh air and reflect on the week ahead which will remain busy. I am focusing on trying to get my body and mind what it needs to recover and continue to push forward during these busy times. I hope that the worst will be behind soon as I can feel that my current routines are limited my progress on the fitness side. I need to shake things up to get past this plateau.
