Adding Volume Mid Week - My Actifit Report Card: April 23 2025
Today I was able to get to the gym early for some strength training as my work day started a little later than usual. With the extra time I was able to add a handful of exercises to add some volume. Half way through I did half to shorten my rest times as I still needed to get back to my desk. However, it worked pretty well as I got a good sweat to start the day. I hydrated pretty well during the morning before getting some good protein in the afternoon.
The work day was not too bad so I actually found myself accepting an invite to play some pickleball in the evening. It helped get me past my daily goal and some extra burn as I feeling more fit as I continue this journey. Glad I am past mid week at this point but looking forward to some rest and recovery tonight and this weekend as things slowdown for a short time.
