Sprinting Tries - My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2025
Despite the Pickleball play late yesterday, I wanted to get to the treadmill early today ahead of a busy day. My legs still felt a bit tired from last night but I decided to do sprints today thinking that I could survive one minute at a time. While it got off to a good start, the last handful of sprints were rough as I was feeling fatigued. It was more from the lower body than from my anaerobic level endurance which made sense.
I did not leave the gym until I also got a quick trigger session in which was good as it was busy for the subsequent hours. Although I got past my daily goal easily, I struggled with the energy to get a second trigger session done at home. Even worse, I had to force myself to get my core training done as well before finally getting some rest. At least the weekend is in sight!
