Recovery with Fresh Air - My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2025

I was in no rush to get the day started as my body and mind seem to need more rest with the week behind me. I got up later than usual and celebrated Mother’s Day with the family for most of the morning including a good brunch. I then worked a bit in my home office to catch up on things as I watched the Splinterlands Conclave Arcana PreSale end with excitement. After a coffee, I decided to head out for a walk to get some Sun and fresh air for some active recovery.

I really wanted to go to the Gym to use the Spa but really wanted to stay with the family today so opted not to go. Instead, I did rest quite a bit while watching television in the evening. Another week of work ahead but hopefully not as intense as the prior month. Summer is approaching quickly so things will remain busy for some time with travel coming soon.
