Another Long Day - My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2025

The day took the family to an early start for a long train ride for our next destination in Italy. The train ride was smooth and the walking was just right to stretch our legs as we visited the attractions. There were some beautiful sights to see but the walking could have been worse if not for a bus to take us a bit closer between attractions.

At first, I was dissatisfied the family didn’t want to walk instead but I soon came to appreciate how long it would have taken under a hot Sun to achieve the same experience. Still didn’t get to see everything but enough to then head for a good Dinner and to our new accommodation for the night. I did squeeze in some core training and a trigger session before the night was done. An early start again tomorrow with some logistics to still sort out.
