Still Looking for the Feeling - My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2025
Plans shifted a bit as we had to handle some things early in the morning. I wanted to get to the gym early but had to wait to early afternoon instead. I had a good breakfast with carbs before heading to the gym for some strength training to see if it helped a bit but could not really get the feeling in kilograms of the weight I can really do. While my squats feel good, I struggled to get my upper body going although it did give a good sweat.
I had to head back for a quick shower as we had plans in the afternoon for some shopping. The intent was to get back early but some unexpected traffic delayed things a bit. It was a good shopping day as it was a small mall with not too many options. Actually got a new pair of sneakers to try out. I need to get some cardio in this weekend with a long run but will need to see when I can squeeze it in. It will be a balancing act as my legs are definitely getting the work with all the exploring.
