Hammering Weight - My Actifit Report Card: June 25 2025
Today I continued with my weight training at the gym by shifting from a full body to more targeted muscle groups. It was another upper body day but this time back and arms with a focus on pulls. I also gave the hammer machines a try as I often use cables so that I can feel a different type of resistance. It felt a litttle easier but I am starting to think that I am progressing with the weights as well.
Dealing with kilograms is now an afterthought and I feel that the progression with them is better. It may be a good step forward for my strength focus this Summer although I need to figure out where to start when I get back. My pacing suffered a but today but got out in the evening to make sure I accomplished a minimum goal which had been tougher this week as work remains busy.
