Longest Yet - My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2025
I welcomed the weekend with a long run early this morning as the family had plans the rest of the day. I went early when the temperature was still good so felt strong to go a little longer. An hour and 25 minutes later, I found myself over 7 miles for the first time ever. It was also the longest time I have recorded as well so the training seems to be progressing well.
Despite both having the best diet, I am seeing some benefits of whole foods as the menus around the area are very good. I am also not feeling the consequences of bringing carbs into my diet from a stomach perspective which is also a good sign. This could be a good shift for me as I continue a busy Summer.
