Measuring the Damage - My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2025
Today I decided to head out early before the Summer heat to measure the damage I caused myself with my diet deviations over the last month. I went for a 5K run to see how bad it was and was honestly happy with the results. I was able to complete the run in under 28 minutes which is where my pace has been consistent without a formal race. More good news was that I got home and showered to get to work with no issues on getting on with the day.
In fact, I was able to get my core training done later this morning with trigger sessions in the afternoon without any issues. I guess it is more of a feeling than anything else but I have already started my rebound as I get my diet back on track. I have to think about how to measure progress for the next couple of weeks as I leave carbs in my diet. I hope that it will come through with my workout sessions in the gym.
