Double Dose Wednesday - My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2025
I was up early again today to grt to the gym for some weight training as I was due to get some lower body focused training today. I did not go too heavy as I was invited for some evening sports as well. After the gym workout, I also went to the Spa to treat myself to some recovery before getting started at work. It was a slow day at worked which was unexpected but welcomed.
I watched my diet today and while I got to my protein target, it was a struggle while trying to get below my needed intake. I need to save some for the weekends when it is more difficult to stay on track. The afternoon was so light that I was able to enjoy the passing storm with a quick nap during my lunch break. I think it is what helped get a second wind for some nighttime pickleball.
