The Week Continues On - My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2025

Despite the easy week around work, it seems that the weekend will be full of work still which will be a challenge given some other things the family and I have going on. I did not let that get me out of focus today so I was out for a walk outside early this morning to get Sun and fresh air to start the day. It was a good time to reflect on the week which has been positive in the end.

The day got unexpectedly busy through the end of the day which foreshadowed the weekend ahead. However, I still was able to get to the gym with the family in the evening for our weekly GTX class. It was tough but felt good to get through it with good energy. I had to eat a bit more than I wanted to late today but will need the energy for the weekend and week ahead.
