HIITing Hard - My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2025
lToday was pretty unexpected as my morning was pretty normal as I slept in again as my plan was for a workout in the evening. After starting out normal, things got somewhat out of hand at work as back to back meetings in the afternoon with last minute requests made the last day of the work week a mess. The to do list somehow got larger by the end of the day heading into the weekend instead of less.
The stress was getting to me so I waited for my last meeting to get done with to finalize some last emails and shutdown to get to the gym. I went to my GTX class and went as hard as I could and it helped with the stress a bit. I was surprised that I still needed some pacing in the late evening after eating with the family to get to my daily goal. I guess it showed how bad the day was with me at my desk.
