More Stress Combat - My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2025
I wanted to focus on my stress levels from this past week as the unexpected continued workload caught me by surprise. It led to the stress getting to me at the end of the week so I wanted to adapt my workouts to things that could help as I also started my deload week to wrap up my program. I started the morning at the gym for a Yoga class.
The stretches and poses were tough to keep as it has been a couple of weeks since the last class. Like everything, the body quickly forgets its capabilities so I struggled for most of the class. However, the breathing techniques helped on getting me relaxed which gave me good energy when I got back home to get some errands done. After my errands and good food, I got on the treadmill for a moderate walk for some more activity for the daily goal. It gave me a good evening with the family to relax and watch television.
