Trying to Get Back on Level - My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2025
I woke up feeling pretty good and found myself with time before starting my work day for a workout. After a bit of debating myself, I decided to go for a long jog as the weather was perfect for it this morning. While I was concerned about my back pain, I thought I could pace myself for a good run to get back on level with my weekly activity given the break I took yesterday. I went for 5 miles which was good as I did not feel too bad afterwards.
I fueled up on a good breakfast before starting my first meeting as I knew it would be a challenge the rest of the work day to get a bite. It was a brutal day of back to back meetings while also handling some personal items that came up unexpectedly. Given the early run, I was cleared of my daily goal which was a good feeling. It worked out as I did not get to leave my desk until late in the evening given deliverables needed to get done. Only halfway through the week so still a ways to go.
