Painting Day - My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2025

Today I was up early to get painting done as days available are coming to an end. It was a good day to paint as the breeze and Sun allowed me to get two coats in which make the room almost ready to go. We did run out of some materials so called it a day a bit early to get some rest. I thought about going for a walk in the afternoon but was surprised to see my activity level so high; I guess painting made it possible.

Cleaning up before leaving was rough given the positions needed and my back situation. It also got pretty bad in the afternoon as I tried to rest to see my myself barely able to get up from a chair. Definitely headed to a doctor when I get back which will put this break on strength training to an extended period. Hopefully, it is all what I needed to get past the plateau.
