Keeping it Going Early - My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2026
Despite the late trip to the gym yesterday, I was up early today to head back to the gym. However, I took it easy as I am still hesitant to add intensity to my body because of my back. I am in no rush to have a sustainable fitness and health experience so taking it easy. I decided to get on the treadmill for some hill intervals. It was a good workout to get done early to then just focus on work.
Work was busy as expected but making progress in the busy Season. The early workout allowed me to not rush through things as I knew that rest was on the other side. I finally got done early evening so I could rest and enjoy Dinner with the family. Getting close to the weekend which I hope can bring some extra time to rest and recover so that all my issues finally have time to get better. A rocky start to the year but I move forward.
