Quick Run to Complete the Day - My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2026
For some reason, I did not sleep well last night. This impacted my whole day as I was busy around errands, calls, emails, and meetings. I tried to stay active throughout the day but as my afternoon was ending, I found myself far from my daily goal. I was too tired to drive to the gym for a workout which was my initial plan so I opted to go to the treadmill. The weather was nice outside but it was about to get too dark to go for a jog outside.
I just did a half hour jog at an average pace as my legs were getting heavy halfway through. I did stay on the treadmill for a cooldown walk as I dealt with some work after hours from my phone. After a good shower and dinner, I was in bed for an early bedtime to catch up on sleep. I will need to see how this impacts my plans for the rest of the week as my agenda remains busy. The weekend looks far away but will not bring must rest either and my projects have a checklist waiting for me.
