Stopping for Rest and Shopping - My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2026

Got up feeling under the weather again as I remain unsure if it is allergies or something else. Knew it would impact the day so decided to take a rest day to soend with the family. Got some good sleep as I had no rush to start the day in the morning which was good. After getting a couple of errands done, the family wanted to head for some shopping.

It got hot in the afternoon and the shopping was outdoors which made it a bit more uncomfortable given how I was feeling. After a lunch with the family, we all headed home for some fun with board games. I did not even check my activity until the evening where I was surprised to see that I had more than enough for a post despite my rest day. I may extend some rest as I think my body needs it at the moment.
