Family Shopping - My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2026

Decided to take a rest day as I wanted to spend time with the family as we met after some travel before my next leg of work next week. Decided to do some shopping to prepare for our Summer travels as we will need some gear for some exploration that we will be doing. It got me plenty of activity and even some sweat as it was hot to be walking with shopping bags.

Had some good food and while it was mostly aligned with my diet, I probably went overboard for the first time in a while. I did take time to do a session of physical therapy for my back as I prepare for an appointment soon. In all, it was a good day to recover and spend time with the family. We brought our board games to play in the hotel before a late night sleep!
