My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2022

I'm finding it hard to actually set aside time to be active outside of my everyday activities since I'm getting my house ready to put on the market next month. Although that is keeping me pretty busy and active in itself I'm trying to make sure I find at least a little bit of time to concentrate on my health and being active every single day. This week has been much better than last.
