So this week we had an increase of $18,390 for the pool from post earnings.
THE POOL
To get the value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.
The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.
$501.293 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 1,338.663 Hives.
The pool that is created, therefore amounts to
1,312.200 + 1,338.663 + 1,545.000 = 4,195.863 Hive

Today we will be distributing 8,807 weekly HIVE divided as you see in the table above.
If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 457,964 Hive.
This means that we are getting a total annual return of around 22.17% on the initial investment made.
WHAT IF YOU WANT TO JOIN TODAY?
Also this week the return percentage for each individual NFT are slightly down, given the good movement of the market.
Let's take a look at the weekly trend of the APR for each type of NFT.
Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs.
A common NFT today has a return of around 14.72% per annum.
At the beginning of November 2022 it had an APR of 5.80%.
The purchase of a RARE NFT, to date, guarantees you a return of 17.63% per annum.
Early November 2022 APR for the Rare version was 6.95%
Having an EPIC NFT in your wallet today generates an annual interest of 23.40%.
At the beginning of November 2022, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.
Finally, a SPECIAL EDITION today lets you take home 26.09% per year.
At the beginning of November 2022 it yielded 10.43%.
As you can see from the graphs, the return percentages are decreasing compared to the trend of a few months ago in which they were always on the rise.
This is due to 2 fundamental factors.
1 - the first is that we have sold more epic editions than the common ones; in fact, the epics or special editions have more weight than the commons and have a higher conversion rate than the commons with the same pool points
2 - the second reason is that the pool is becoming important; therefore the rewards from the weekly posts have less impact than a few months ago

Until the end of June all HIVE earned from the sales of our NFTs, HIVE earned from the REWARDS of our posts and curations will be 100% entered into the POOL to increase your earnings faster. (They will always be retained about 30 SWAP.HIVE allows the development of various games.
NFTFRAPPE distributes passive earnings, swap.hive on Monday.
NFTFRAPPE distributes second level tokens obtained from posts ( #PGM #FUN #ONEUP #THGAMING #SPORTS) on Mondays.
NFTFRAPPE distributes passive earnings, swap.hives and tokens, on Mondays.
To increase your earnings we have decided to allow all holders of our NFTs to slightly increase their earnings from the pool.
Thanks to a delegation from HP, it will be possible to increase one's earnings up to 10% more than normal in this way:

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 18,390 $ per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.
LA POOL
Per avere il valore della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.
Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.
501,293 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 1.338,663 Hive.
La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a
1.312,200 + 1.338,663 + 1.545,000 = 4.195,863 Hive

Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 457,964 Hive.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 22,17% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.
E SE VOLESSI ENTRARE OGGI?
Anche questa settimana la percentuale di rientro per ogni singolo NFT sono leggermente in calo, vista la buona movimentazione del mercato.
Andiamo a vedere l'andamento settimanale dell'APR per ogni tipologia di NFT.
Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT.
Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 14,72% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 aveva invece un APR del 5,80%.
L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 17,63% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 APR per la versione Rare era del 6,95%
Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 23,40%.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.
Infine una SPECIAL EDITION oggi vi fa portare a casa un 26,09% all'anno.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 rendeva il 10,43%.
Come potete vedere dai grafici, le percentuali di rientro sono in calo rispetto al trend di qualche mese fa in cui erano sempre in rialzo.
Questo per 2 fattori fondamentali.
1 - il primo è che abbiamo venduto più edizioni epiche rispetto alle comuni; le epiche o le special edition infatti hanno più peso delle comuni e hanno un tasso di conversione maggiore rispetto alle comuni a parità di punti pool
2 - il secondo motivo è che la pool sta diventando importante; quindi le reward dai post settimanalmente incidono meno rispetto a qualche mese fa

(Verranno trattenuti sempre circa 30 SWAP.HIVE per permettere lo svolgimento dei vari giochi.
NFTFRAPPE distribuisce i guadagni passivi, swap.hive Lunedì.
NFTFRAPPE distribuisce i token di secondo livello ottenuti dai post ( #PGM #FUN #ONEUP #THGAMING #SPORTS ) il Lunedì.
