THE POOL

To get the value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.

The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.

$501.293 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 1,338.663 Hives.

The pool that is created, therefore amounts to

1,323.000 + 1,448.280 + 1,545.000 = 4,316.280 Hive

Today we will be distributing 8,986 weekly HIVE divided as you see in the table above.

If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 467,272 Hive.
This means that we are getting a total annual return of around 30.57% on the initial investment made.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO JOIN TODAY?

Here we come to the little spoiler from earlier.
A nice surprise for all holders of our NFTs.
Not that it changes anything compared to before, but probably some of you will be happy to know the exact return percentages for each individual purchase.

In fact, we realized a few days ago that there was a small calculation error on the APR formula, which made them much lower and we will also prove it to you.

But let's go and see them for each individual NFT.

Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs.
A common NFT today has a return of around 20.28% per annum. At the beginning of November 2022 it had an APR of 5.80%.
In fact, for an investment of 2 Hives, today 0.008 are received per week, therefore 0.416 per year. There is therefore a return of just over 20%.

The purchase of a RARE NFT, to date, guarantees you a return of 24.34% per year.
Early November 2022 APR for the Rare version was 6.95%
In fact, by spending 5 Hive, you receive 1,217 Hive per year which would be something less than 25%.

Having an EPIC NFT in your wallet today generates an annual interest of 32.45%.
At the beginning of November 2022, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.
Buying a 10 Hive EPIC NFT today gets you 3,245 Hives a year. Here the account is easily done with the percentages. This is 32.45%

Finally, a SPECIAL EDITION today lets you take home 36.51% per year.
At the beginning of November 2022 it yielded 10.43%.
By spending 20 Hives, you now receive 7,301 Hives in a year. Just over 33.33%

  • NFTFRAPPE distributes passive earnings, swap.hives and tokens, on Mondays.

  • To increase your earnings we have decided to allow all holders of our NFTs to slightly increase their earnings from the pool.

LA POOL

Per avere il valore della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.

Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.

501,293 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 1.338,663 Hive.

La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a

1.323,000 + 1.448,280 + 1.545,000 = 4.316,280 Hive

Oggi distribuiremo 8,986 HIVE settimanali divisi come vedete nella tabella sopra.

Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 467,272 Hive.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 30,57% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.

E SE VOLESSI ENTRARE OGGI?

Ecco arrivati al piccolo spoiler di prima.
Una bella sorpresa per tutti i possessori dei nostri NFT.
Non che cambi nulla rispetto a prima, ma probabilmente qualcuno di voi sarà contento di conoscere le percentuali esatte di rientro per ogni singolo acquisto.

Ci siamo infatti accorti qualche giorno fa che c'era un piccolo errore di calcolo sulla formula delle APR, che le rendeva decisamente più basse e ve lo dimostreremo anche.

Ma andiamo a vederle per ogni singolo NFT.

Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT.
Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 20,28% annuo. Ad inizio Novembre 2022 aveva invece un APR del 5,80%.
Infatti a fronte di un investimento di 2 Hive, se ne ricevono ad oggi 0,008 settimanali, quindi 0,416 annuali. Si ha quindi un rientro di poco più del 20%.

L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 24,34% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 APR per la versione Rare era del 6,95%
Spendendo infatti 5 Hive, si ricevono 1,217 Hive all'anno che sarebbe qualcosa in meno del 25%.

Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 32,45%.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.
Acquistare oggi un NFT EPIC da 10 Hive, vi fa portare a casa 3,245 Hive all'anno. Qui il conto è presto fatto con le percentuali. Si tratta del 32,45%

(Verranno trattenuti sempre circa 30 SWAP.HIVE per permettere lo svolgimento dei vari giochi.

  • NFTFRAPPE distribuisce i guadagni passivi, swap.hive Lunedì.
