My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2023
Today was a work from the office day for us guys on the Tech team. We work remotely but normally get together once a month and had a productive day.
Only photos I took today, were these two. The view from our office
I got back from London with just enough time to get across to Yateley and did a double session of kayaking in the indoor pool there. Practiced various strokes and did some capsizing, attempting to get back into the boat from the water. That is not easy, especially after such a packed day!!
Blood pressure update - 114/76 which seems better, albeit with medical intervention. Going to build up more cycle rides, longer walks like we’ve been doing recently, we’ll be kayaking outdoors again soon for longer distances and times.
