My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2023
Yesterday was a glorious day here in Funchal and we started the day exploring the city. I recorded some massive videos whilst down there. I say down because our hotel is up on a hill. Coming back up is great for the muscles! Anyway the video will have to go up when we get home because it’s a lot of gigs. I can edit it whilst here and I may share some snippets so as not to hog the hotel Wi-Fi.
The video will be divided up anyway as we visited the cathedral and the famous market.
The photos here are both of the Pestana Carlton, the terrace and the adjoining pub. We had some drinks there before we walked into nearby Sao Martinho for dinner. We ate at The Lido with a view of the sea.
Today we are going to the famous Reid’s Hotel for afternoon tea.
Technical notes. The photos were shot on the Ricoh GRIIIx with the positive film emulation, I love it’s aesthetic.
