My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2025
Today has been a very different day, a nervous one, as Tina had day surgery today but was discharged very quickly by early afternoon. She didn’t want to head home straight away and nor did I. The weather was nice, so we headed over to Wallingford in Oxfordshire.
Found this absolute gem of a cafe called Mollies, which is close to the town hall in the centre of the historic town.
We thought the food, coffee and fruit tea was incredible. I had a coronation chicken baguette, Tina had a panini.
Seemed hard to believe she’d been under general anaesthetic earlier!! Sometimes I wonder if my wife is a robot. I was half expecting her to suddenly go out on a run or something or to go to the gym as if nothing unique had happened today.
Mind you, she went to bed before 9pm. We had an early start this morning, 4am alarm and all of that!
