My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2025
Can’t recall whether I shared this book on hive at all but it’s really interesting. I got it because when taking walks around here, we see so many wild berries, plants etc that I want to identify them. Are they edible? What can you do with them? All good topics for this platform too.
I’m still really rubbish with my step counts.
Wifey and I are off this week for a well deserved break and have various things planned. You’ll get to join me on some, in the form of Actifit posts or maybe one or two videos.

Wonderful, definitely a good book to have, I may able to help out if you get stuck on something. Enjoy ! 😊
Ah yes of course, you are the resident expert around here!
The book has an elderberry cover, there are plenty of them around. They are Great for wine syrup etc. They need to be cooked though to neutralize the toxic cyanogenic compound so Do Not eat them raw. In case not stated. 😊
Ah yes, I knew there was a poisonous element to them. My dad used to make wine back in the old days. Syrup might be worth a go.
