I would say shame on you! How can you not dance??? :D

Maybe... I walk a lot and did sprint / walking when I ran until I could run a slow 5km. But it took me forever to get to that point.

Cycling I got cycling fit pretty fast though.

Do you not think different folks have a more natural capacity to get strong in different sports? I always thought I was better at stamina than speed as my muscles are quite strong, but that made running feel "heavy" and hard to do if that makes more sense?

Or maybe I'm just a liddle lazy and there weren't enough snacks involved 😁

Precisely!

Yeah I get that... at the top level each sport does attract a certain 'physique'. All Olympic swimmers look the same, as do all elite long distance runners etc.

My point was that you can still run even if you aren't particularly quick. My dancing is stilted and awkward (mostly as I don't do it very often) but I can still dance if I wanted.

Always need more snacks! (my bathroom scales may disagree...)

Yes I can! But it hurts :( (Until you're running fit :) )

Point taken and I may start running again. Tbh I do miss it. The sprinting part. I loved that.

If you promise to dance if I do. 👍

Because that's how you get a party started 😁

p.s. I banned my bathroom scale some time ago and have been far happier ever since.

But being "light" is far easier and more fun so I am keen on staying this way. You can also do the forward bends in Yoga more easily...

But snacks. :/
