Hey there Nicky, this is my favorite pastime. Kayaking or canoeing on the lagoon and then up the river is just so inspiring and invigorating.
I can totally understand why. I used to paddle ski around the Marina near Muizenberg.
It's the water, I think? Super peaceful... and cleansing for the soul.
