SO funny... I'm drinking coffee and catching up with everyone (missed this part on Hive - it's been a bit lonely 'round here) and came to visit and saw this.

And thought... hah! I know how to manage my mental diet so lemme come and have an argument 😆

What you said basically. I agree in full. Switch it off for a while! 👍 (Media and news that you can't control) and only watch uplifting, sweet, positive, inspiring, creative stuff.

Your brain doesn't really differentiate too much about what is real or not, you know. So even watching a thriller can leave it hyper-vigilant. And then we pile on news, pop culture... it goes on.

Turn it off!

And fill it up with "good" stuff for a while only. Better still... get outside and connect with nature.

I used to do a 3 day detox at a time. You won't quite believe how your headspace changes.

Stay you and keep up the good fight 🌷😊

He-he, I wasn't sure if you were going to read it. I'm glad you stopped by! Inspiration comes from different directions sometimes. But yes, when the brain is more free, it happens so much better....
