The same as yesterday, Tuesday on Wednesday, I still do cycling, but I cycled in the afternoon, if yesterday it was in the morning. Why did I cycle in the afternoon because in the morning the weather was already hot and I decided to do it in the afternooon.
Don't forget, as usual, in the morning I do light stretching with pushup shitup squats as much as I can, less than 100 times.
That's how my daily life in workouts and exercise remains the same, nothing special.
