My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2022

I never knew I would gain 10k counts by just doing my usual work routine plus groceries today. Today is I get to walk around the site, dance at the office on break periods, and I spent four hours and a half buying groceries. Today has been really busy but I feel so accomplished seeing my record for today! Oh, I only got a few counts yesterday because I left my phone at my desk when I did site monitoring.

Isn't it amazing just a normal day and you can obtain over 10 K @actifit steps! That's what I tell everyone you don't have to do anything out of the ordinary just start your day and you will be amazed at what you accomplish take care!
