My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2564
Today has involved a lot of work that required long periods of sitting at a computer. Days like this are not my favorite because my body feels so much better when moving. Sometimes they are necessary though! I have a grip strength trainer on my desk so that I can at least exercise my hands while working.
I spent a lot of my morning making a video about my workshop department which then needed editing followed by online classes.
This evening my son had football class which was the only chance o had to fit in any exercise. I was delighted when my friend suggested taking mats with us and doing some body weight training at the side of the pitch.
We followed 3 different body weight video sessions from YouTube, the last of which was described as brutal abs. It certainly was brutal! I was a sweaty mess by the end!
