Ozarklife Reflections My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2022

Today was brisk here in ozarklife this morning but still sunny and beautiful, perfect for reflecting on all the aliveandthriving moments of life and how to make progress towards personal happiness and freedom. Hiking today was peaceful and we took the time to watch the water move.

I love the way water shows a reflection, but the slightest change can twist the images and turn them into another version of the reflection.

I hope all my actifit friends out there take a bit of time to reflect on the things that really matter in life.

Good advice. Nice to read about another good day on your daily walk. We all need some quiet time close to nature. I know I need that. Happy weekend! :)
