Good day, everyone, and today I will be sharing more updates on Liverpool's summer window. There is no doubt that Liverpool has been active in the summer transfer window as they have got two players, and both of these players are from Bayern Leverkusen. The Jeremine Frimpong deal was not complicated as all Liverpool needed to do was get the green light from Jeremine Frimpong, which was not that hard, and then process to pay his release clause from Bayern Leverkusen to bring the player into the club this summer.

The challenging deal for Liverpool so far this summer was Florian Wirtz. Bayern Leverkusen made sure they collected the amount they valued the player as they rejected Liverpool's first offer of 130 million euros, then kept negotiating and eventually came to an agreement with Bayern Leverkusen to sign Florian Wirtz for 150 million euros plus add-ons to complete the signing of Florian Wirtz. The deal with Bayern Leverkusen over Florian Wirtz is done, and the medical will be done soon once Florian Wirtz is done with his holiday, so there is no issue as everything is settled.

Trent Alexander-Arnold was the first departure from Liverpool this summer to Real Madrid and I failed to mention that Real Madrid had to pay 10 million euros to Liverpool just to speed up the move of Trent Alexander-Arnold because his contract was still expected to expire in July, but Real Madrid needed the Englishman to participate in the on-going FIFA Club World. There will be more departures this summer for Liverpool, and one of them, which I reported earlier this week, was Darwin Nunez, who has been assured by Liverpool that the doors will be opened to the player this summer.

Darwin Nunez has gotten a lot of interest from European clubs and also from Saudi Arabia clubs who are pressing to get the Uruguayan this summer window. One of the European clubs that has been on the front road to signing Darwin Nunez is Napoli. The Italian club has been in talks with the Uruguayan to agree on personal terms and then they will proceed to make a deal with Liverpool on a fee to sign the player. It has not been confirmed yet The fee that Liverpool will be requesting for the signing of Darwin Nunez, but in the coming weeks, the deal should progress, and we will get more updates.

Napoli has been busy in the transfer window this season and I think they are building a strong team with squad depth in the coming season. The club will be a nice place for Darwin Nunez to start over without pressure and get back his form, and if that does not happen, he will not stay long at the Italian. So, guys, that will be all for now, but there are still more updates to come as I will be dropping a post more about Andy Robertson's possible departure and Kerkez's move to Liverpool, which is already reaching the final stages. Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.
